For us, it goes without saying that our processes and services will be secure and will undergo continuous further development. External and independent certification bodies confirm that here at DB Systel we meet international standards. We have been certified according to ISO 9001 for several years. We also hold ISO 27001 and ISO 20000-1 certificates and meet CMMI-Dev Level 3.

DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

Our DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification proves that our processes for documenting and checking the structures, responsibilities and procedures necessary for effective quality management within an organisation comply with international standards.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018
We are certified according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018. Our customers can therefore be sure that we are capable of implementing an effective system of IT service management. The DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard has established itself internationally as the standard for information security in companies and public authorities. It meets the requirements for introducing, implementing, monitoring and optimising information security management systems (ISMS). So our customers, suppliers and public authorities can be sure that a high level of security is our baseline and that our system of IT security management is being continuously developed.
