Quality, continuous further development, customer satisfaction, efficiency and speed of response are some of the crucial aspects involved in supporting Deutsche Bahn and other select customers as a digital partner. Our DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification proves that our processes for documenting and checking the structures, responsibilities and procedures necessary for effective quality management within an organisation comply with international standards.
We are certified according to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011. Our customers can therefore be sure that we are capable of implementing an effective system of IT service management. Our IT processes support our employees to do their work, guarantee a high level of quality, ensure that time and resources are used efficiently, and meet the expectations of our customers. These processes secure business operations and allow us to respond to problems quickly.
DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017
The DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard has established itself internationally as the standard for information security in companies and public authorities. It meets the requirements for introducing, implementing, monitoring and optimising information security management systems (ISMS). So our customers, suppliers and public authorities can be sure that a high level of security is our baseline and that our system of IT security management is being continuously developed.
CMMI-Dev Level 3
The CMMI (capability maturity model integration) best practice model is used to assess process quality in software, system or hardware development. It provides a framework for a) evaluating an organisation's maturity or its capability in terms of the processes it has implemented; and b) for setting priorities in putting the corresponding improvements into practice.
