The DB Systel Helpdesk is your central contact for fault reports and for questions regarding orders from the DB Systel service portal.
The helpdesk staff are available to provide support for questions relating to the following topics:
- Problems with mobile devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, but also laptops / computers
- Problems with the login, forgotten password, VDS, Pulse Secure
