2024: Continuous further development
The Trafo General Works Agreement (GBV) is replaced by the introduction of the GBV self-organisation, marking another milestone. Our image of people remains unchanged, our corporate values have evolved: The previous ‘reliable, value-creating, curious and together’ merges into ‘consistent, sustainable, explorative and collaborative’. A new cluster structure is being created that is clearly aligned with the Group's domains and processes: the focus is shifting to the overall railway system and the optimum for customers.
