Our customers have clear expectations when it comes to quality: reliable, secure operation of ICT applications, strict adherence to project deadlines and good customer support for the terminals we deliver.

To meet these expectations at all times, we have tailored our quality practices to accredited management systems such as EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO/IEC 20000 (IT Service Management) and ISO 27001 (IT Security Management). Regular internal and external audits confirm that these systems are effective, and we have the relevant certificates to prove this to our customers.

We also follow proven market practices, and the best practice models ITIL (in ICT operations) and CMMI (in software development) help us to continually improve our services. As one of only a few German companies, we have demonstratively been performing all of our IT projects at the demanding CMMI maturity level 3 for a long time.
