We look after Deutsche Bahn AG's office communication on a standardised IT platform – nationally and internationally. Added to this are telephony and conference services as well as mobile services.

With its modular portfolio, our Group-wide, multifunctional office communication solution fulfils the requirements of around 100,000 users in a wide range of companies and user groups. In terms of hardware and software, all users receive exactly what they need for their daily tasks – and this is always kept up to date. This allows us to grant users to access company information and applications quickly and from any location and any device while strictly observing all relevant security and data protection requirements.


Voice over IP forms the technological basis for our telephony services. On this platform, we operate landline telephones as well as state-of-the-art telephone, web and video conferencing solutions for the whole DB Group. Our services can be configured for individual locations and purposes of communication, thus providing direct support for collaboration across both local and national borders – and all fully encrypted.

Mobile work is becoming increasingly important, whether you're out and about, on a business trip, using a mobile operating staff workstation, visiting a customer or working from home. We manage mobile devices and ensure that users also have mobile access from their notebooks, tablets and smartphones and can synchronise their e-mails and other necessary applications.


Via our web-based service portal or user support, users can view their existing office IT directly, order additional products or report any faults. In the background, we manage remote maintenance, repairs, mass rollouts and individual services on site, thus ensuring that DB Systel services are always directly available to our customers in the best possible quality.
