DB Systel offers graduates of STEM courses a trainee programme with a special focus on ICT, making it the perfect basis for launching their career. As a university graduate, you can also put theory into practice immediately with our direct job entry programme.
During your year as a trainee, you will gain initial practical experience in ICT project business and will get to know our structures and systems. At the beginning of the trainee programme, we will specify a target position and department and devise an individual trainee plan together with you.
You will be working in your future career environment for six months. Different areas of work are available to suit your preferences and field of study.
A mentor will oversee your activities along the way. Disciplinary and cross-disciplinary training is designed to help you prepare for your future tasks. This includes the introductory DB Start seminar as well as methodical and personality seminars. Lectures and discussions with different experts and events organised by the TraineeClub at Deutsche Bahn AG add the finishing touches to the programme. You can start your trainee programme at any time of the year.
To qualify for our trainee programme, you should have completed your studies with good or excellent grades. You should also have gained some practical experience during internships or as a working student. A good command of English, communication skills and the ability to grasp the basic concept of complex contexts complete your profile.
